Uniforms

In order to identify ourselves a standard set of uniforms will be used by unit personnel on the battlefield and during official unit functions

The uniforms that we use are:

• Multicam Combat Uniform (MCU)
• Officer Combat Uniform Type 1 (OCU1)
• Officer Combat Uniform Type 2 (OCU2)
• Team Polo

All enlisted personnel are required to wear the MCU when conducting combat operations with the team. Officer are allowed to wear the OCU type 1 or 2 (depending on the terrain) when conducting C2 (Command and Control) operations, if they are directly involved in combat the MCU is recommended for use as to not stick out among the troops and become a HVT (High Value Target). The team polo is worn during official unit function off of the battlefield, and can be worn at anytime when not in combat operations.

Both the MCU and the OCU are NOT authorized for wear off of the battlefield. They cannot be worn when transiting to and from an operation. If transiting to and from and operation with the unit or when using unit vehicles the Team Polo must be worn unless otherwise noted by the Unit Commanding Officer.

Multicam Combat Uniform (MCU)

The uniform wear regulations for the MCU are:

• Must have pants in Multicam pattern
• Can wear either a blouse or a combat shirt, but must have Velcro on both shoulders for patches
• Boots must be tan or similar in color
• All accessories (vests, holsters, backpacks...) must either be tan or Multicam
• When not in combat operations the unit issued Multicam 8-Point Cover must be worn
• When combat operations head gear is optional but must follow similar guidelines as uniform accessories
• Rank must always be worn on the uniform. If wearing the blouse, they must be on the collar. If wearing a combat shirt rank must be visible on either one of the shoulders of on the chest of a vest
• Unit patch must always be on the right shoulder
• Optional squad/team patches must be worn on the left shoulder if worn

Officer Combat Uniform (OCU)

OCU Type 1 is the MARPAT woodland pattern while the Type 2 is the MARPAT desert pattern. The OCU is primarily worn during C2 operations and can be worn during combat operations if area is not considered a high threat area. The same regulations apply to both OCU uniforms. When wearing the uniform the following regulations apply:

• Boots must be Tan in color
• Pants, Blouse, and Cover must be appropriate pattern
• Undershirt can either be tan or OD green
• 8-Point cover must be worn with the uniform when outdoors at all times
• Rank must be sewn onto the front square of the cover
• Collar devices must be worn at all times
• Unit patch must be sewn onto the right shoulder of the blouse. If Velcro is on the shoulder then it does not need to be sewn on, just present when conducting operations with the unit.

Team Polo

The team polo is worn to identify members of the 122nd off of the battlefield. The polo is black with no pockets and has '122nd Milsim Unit' embroidered on the left breast. The following regulations apply when wearing the uniform:

• Must be worn with closed toed shoes
• Pants can either be blue jeans or khaki and cannot have any holes or major tears and/or frays
• Polo must be tucked in at ALL times
• Any type of hat is authorized with the uniform as long as it isn't a cover worn with other uniforms and is in good taste
• A belt must be worn at all times and the buckle cannot be too big or flashy
