ID Cards

For security and identification purposes each member will be given an ID card that will serve the following purpose:

• Accountability at sponsored games
• Access control to unit facilities
• Validation of rank or position
• Official Identification

The ID card will be the following format:

• Landscape orientation on a plastic laminate card the size of a regular credit card

• On the front
• '122nd Military Simulation Unit' on the top, underlined
• Photo ID on left centered vertically
• In the center of ID:
• Name
• Rank 
• Date of Birth
• Primary MOS
• Secondary MOS
• Personal Identification Number
• Unit crest on right, centered vertically
• RFID chip at bottom right
• Special Designation devices at bottom left under photo ID
• On the back
• At top center, "This identity card is property of the 122nd Military Simulation Team and may be revoked at any time"
• In center of card, "If lost please contact the 122nd at 2330 Warnerm Ln. Dallas, TX. Identification@122MU.com
• Magnetic strip running the length of the card at the bottom
• Date of issue at bottom right in YYYY MM DD format
