Every person, when they finish initial training, will be given an e-mail address that can be used to contact them. The e-mail address will be in the following format: First Initial. Last name @ 122MU.com (Ex. A.Smith@122MU.com)
This e-mail is intended for use with business matters only and if found that it is not being used for official purposes can be suspended or revoked from the person at fault
Phones
Considering the need for constant communication between administrative staff certain people will be provided with phones bought and paid for by the unit intended for use to contact other members of the unit. The following persons will have a phone:
- Unit Commanding Officer
- Unit Executive Officer
- Intelligence Director
- Commander, INFCOM
- Commander, AUXCOM
- Commander, SOCOM
- Commander, MVCOM
If needed certain persons can be issued a cell phone temporarily by the unit while needed then have it collected when it is assessed that them having a unit phone is no longer necessary. If a person is issued a cell phone it must be approved by the unit commanding officer and have a set date for necessity revision
